"Very good"
Breakfast was good. Just the right amount- not too much although some fruit would have made it perfect. The location was great. That’s the reason we chose it - 2 minutes from the water bus stop or 7 minutes to the main bridge to the central island. A stone throw from St Mark’s and a pleasant ride to the Lido. The staff were lovely with great English to make up for my poor Italian.

great location. wonderful staff. not great breakfast but Venice does not serve a lot of fruit I guess. not great baked products better to go to another place for breakfast. carpets are old in the bedroom but otherwise lovely place for the cost

Loved the location and ease of finding it from the water bus stop. The staff was REALLY helpful and pleasant. Breakfast and coffee service was just what we needed! Nice looking lobby!
